This was an illustration I made for a fundraising event by the Make-a-Wish Foundation. We were asked to create illustrations based on the types of wishes the kids ask.

I came up with the Starsurfer. I thought I'd make the star as the kite that pulls the kids' wishes to the sky. Dreams are powerful it can take you anywhere. :)
